This is a known bug in MS tools. There's nothing I can do. If you have two mail programs, you can try switching which one is the "default mail handler" and that will often clear the problem. In outlook express, it's under tools -> options and it's at the bottom of the "general" page. You can switch to your other mail program and then back to the one you really want to use and that will often clear things up.
If that doesn't work, right click on the email link on the web page and select "copy link location." Then open a new mail message and paste into the "to" box. Then erase the "mailto:" at the beginning.
Some email programs separate email addresses with semi-colons (outlook) and some use commas (netscape) and some will take either (outlook express). If your email program thinks that you are sending to one person instead of many, try clicking on this link ONCE and then try the email link again.
